BCM Concert Information

Hello everyone,

We’re looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday! Here are a few notes for those who are performing:

Groups are expected to be on time to their performance slots, and those performing early on in the program should have all group members present in the building no later than 1:50pm. Classroom 1344 has been booked beginning at 2pm to serve as a warm-up/green room for groups that will be performing. We will have a board member bringing the next performing group from 1344 to Lani for the duration of the concert, so please be in 1344 to warm-up before your performance slot. If possible, we would like all performers to remain in Schoenberg until the end of the concert to support your fellow musicians’ hard work, as well as for a group photo at the end.

Additionally, a few edits to the program order have been made since the previous email was sent. Please double check where your group is on the program.
